This case presents how the use of data science in R&D laboratories, in a pulp and paper industry, contributed to the development of new projects and the improvement of employees’ work routines. Using the ST-One Solution, information about the climatic conditions of the rooms was centralized in one place, and can be monitored uninterruptedly, which resulted in even more stability and agility in the delivery of projects.
